Parkhotel Unter den Linden
Welcome to the
Parkhotel Unter den Linden in Halberstadt on the Harz Mountains
The Parkhotel Unter den Linden, built in 1910/11 by the famous Berlin architect Hermann Muthesius as a private domicile for the Halberstadt Kommerzienrat Klamroth, is today the travel experience at the gateway to the Harz Mountains.
Comfortable atmosphere
A Muthesius country house
The house has retained its original charm to the present day. The architecture and interior design of the English-style country house already attracted a great deal of national attention at that time. In 1992/93 the entire complex was restored according to original designs.
Today’s Parkhotel is the original setting of the best-selling novel “Meines Vaters Land” (My Father’s Country) by Klamroth’s daughter Wibke Bruhns.
